All items are made-to-order, meaning that once you place your order, we create that item specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality!
Shipping Costs
Shipping Prices to the United States
We charge shipping based on the weight of your order:
- 0 lb – 2 lb: $17.00
- 2 lb – 3 lb: $22.00
- 3 lb – 4 lb: $27.00
- 3.4 lb – 4.5 lb: $32.00
- 4.5 lb and up: $55.00
Shipping Prices to Other Countries
For international orders (including countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and several European nations), the standard shipping cost is $27.00.
Shipping Times
Processing and Production Time
- Processing Time: It typically takes 2–3 days to prepare your order for shipping.
- Production Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: Orders will be delivered within 9–12 business days after shipping.
- Australia and Europe: Delivery will take approximately 12–15 business days.
- Other Regions: Expect delivery within 15–20 business days.
Please note that the shipping time starts from when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. During peak seasons (like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), delays of 2–4 days may occur, but we will strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Customs and International Orders
For international shipping, please allow 10–25 business days as orders may need to go through customs. Most orders are processed and shipped within the time frames mentioned. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email for online tracking.
Order Tracking
If your tracking number for a domestic order does not update after ten business days, please submit a ticket for us to investigate. For international orders, if no updates occur after 20 business days, please reach out to us.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged, the shipping carrier will need to conduct an investigation. Contact us at support@arceushandmade.com to initiate a tracer within ten business days of your order being shipped.
If the package cannot be located, the carrier will process a claim, which can take up to two weeks. If the claim is accepted, we will issue a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund for your original payment.
For any discrepancies in your order, please notify us within five days of delivery to ensure eligibility for replacement. If your item is defective, contact us within five days of receiving your shipment, and you may need to provide photographs of the issue.
