30-Day Return Policy
At Arceus Handmade, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted. If you have questions about your item, please get in touch.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item quickly, it is best to return the item you have and, once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
